Scope: Full custom design

About: Designed to meet the demands of the tourist industry in beautiful Florida, this Hyatt House project currently is underway with custom design in the front-of-house to include whimsical--yet practical--areas for both work and play.

Maximizing spaces, the design intent includes custom space-planning for the lobby to highlight easy access to services for busy guests as well as a bar area and banquette for those wanting to stay a while and relax. Design of the outdoor pool area also reflects the laid-back feel of Florida while allowing for a sophisticated integration of indoor/outdoor spaces.
