I Have a Project I Want to Discuss!

This new system was recognized and featured as the cover story in the Engineering News-Record (ENR).

RENCO MCFR is a state-of-the-art structural building system of interlocking composite building units of various types and sizes of blocks, columns, beams, joists, headers, decking, connectors, etc. These products are all adhesively joined (chemically bonded) to form monolithic structures.

  • This innovative technology utilizes interlocking blocks, like Lego bricks, to create various structures, including structural walls, floors, and roofs.
  • Renco is built on precision engineering and sustainable materials, ensuring high-quality and environmentally friendly construction.

The interlocking modules in this technology provide flexibility, making it easier to adapt designs and modify structures as needed.

Benefits:

  • Cheaper To Build – Less costly than a comparable CMU, concrete, or steel structure.
  • Faster To Build – This structure is self-supporting, eliminating the need for shoring, formwork, bracing, and waiting for related inspectors or trades. A structural building system takes less time, uses minimal tools, and has an easy training process.
  • Easier To Install – A structural building system uses minimal tools and lightweight components that don’t require a crane and has an easy training process. No shoring, formwork, or bracing is required. Similar in weight to a wood structure and 1/4 the weight of concrete.
  • Wind Resistant – It has passed ASTM and TAS Standards and can withstand Cat 5 hurricane winds.
  • Fire Resistant – It meets fire resistance requirements and passes one and two-hour loaded fire rating tests.
  • Water/Mold Resistant – This product is water-repellent and has built-in water barriers, making it highly resistant to mold and mildew. Additionally, it is immune to rust and rot.
  • Longer Life – A 250-year lifespan compared to 25 for wood and 40 for concrete.
