New Design Contract For Mega Housing Project
Base4 is excited to announce that we have been selected as the lead design consultant and technology partner for a new million square foot mega housing project in the cities of Jodhpur and Udaipur in Rajasthan, India. The project will be executed as per the model approved by the Department of Urban development and Housing through RAVIL for the Mega Housing Project for EWS, LIG and MIG–A flats.
The project is part of the Affordable Housing Policy regulated by the Government of Rajasthan that relies substantially on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and will have a total built-up area of approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft. The total plot area is 27 acres between the two sites which will contain over 2,000 individual apartment units divided amongst clusters of low-rise buildings.
Base4 will be offering full master planning, architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering and civil engineering design services. The initial master planning phase began in August with full construction documents scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
