Let’s Talk About Three Hotels on One Site

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Hotel developers are looking for a way to attract new customers while cutting costs. We have seen it before with dual-branded hotels, but is it possible with three hotels on one site? The answer is “Yes, it is!”

The use of the multi-brand strategy has gradually grown in popularity in the U.S. over the past decade. For example, see below one of our projects that recently opened its doors:

Tru & Home2 Suites by Hilton
Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee Downtown

It’s located along the edge of Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward and East Town. These hotels are just a few blocks from the waterfront, the Milwaukee Art Museum, City Hall, and much more. These triple-brand hotels offer guests a one-stop shop to fulfill all their needs and expectations.

  • Having three hotels in one structure can offer guests more choices under one roof, featuring enhanced amenities and options catering to travelers’ varied preferences, needs, and price points.
  • For developers, there are many operational, financial, and brand-building benefits.

Did you know—one of the first dual-branded hotels in the world debuted in France in 1984, the Ibis/Novotel Paris La Défense. Also, Nashville is home to Marriott’s first triple-branded hotel featuring an AC Hotels, a Residence Inn, and a SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

Here at BASE4, we are excited to be a part of this trend and look forward to assisting our clients in developing new properties. Our team is here to guide you in the development of these incredible hotels.
