Modular and offsite construction are considered great options for their numerous benefits, like reducing waste, cost-effectiveness, faster construction, higher quality control, and flexibility. These types of construction offer many advantages in various areas of the building process. As a result, more developers and builders are adopting these cost- and labor-saving methods. In addition, modular projects can adapt to the ever-changing needs of the construction industry. Read on.
The global modular construction market is projected to grow from $82.3 billion in 2020 to $108.8 billion by 2025.1
